PRICING TARIFF

Budget Service

This service requires payment prior to work commencing and will be charged at £0.01 per word with a minimum charge of £3.00.

This is the equivalent of a standard A4 page containing 300 words. Payment to be received on confirmation of job.

This has a level of one working week

 

 

Premium Service

A £25.00 monthly invoice charge for transcription.  This charge incorporates 10 A4 pages on a 48 hour turnaround.

 

Invoices will be processed on or near 1st of the following month.

One A4 page of print will result in approximately 2 pages of Braille; this will be produced double sided.

Additional copies of the document will be charged at 25p per Braille page

Budget Service
 
We will produce your documents within one week from receipt of your payment.

Premium Service

We will endeavour to dispatch your documents within 48 hours of receipt of your work request.  If we are unable to achieve this target we will contact you with a revised completion time.

We will acknowledge your request for work to be undertaken by email or telephone if received by Post or Courier.

We will enclose a print copy with the Braille to aid identification.

Our Requirements

The request for work will need to be sent with:

Request to state either Braille or large print
Amount of copies
Contact name and telephone number
Invoice reference and address including delivery address if different to the invoice address.

For our budget service we will require payment before any work is carried out.

We will require your document to be sent in an Electronic format. Usually email or on CD.

It will need to be in either Microsoft Word or a Text document. A desktop publishing document is not acceptable.

Additional Services

We are able to offer a document lamination and comb binding service for documents that we produce at an additional cost.

Despatching

Materials can be dispatched directly to your customer under articles for the blind at no extra cost, or the current charges for postage will be made in addition to the production cost if the recipient does not have a visual impairment.

If requested, we will send materials by Next Day Guaranteed delivery or by Courier, and the cost of which will be added to the invoice.
